Our approach

We take great pride in the standard and quality of work that we deliver to our customers on any work that we undertake be it a new build project or existing building. Our team has years of experience transforming spaces for our customers and this, combined with our keen attention to detail, enables us to consistently deliver quality results.

Our services include:

  • Collection of daily electronic information that can be fed to our clients through a weekly report that is specific by development, property address, status and actions agreed (report can be customised and filtered to just show the data that you require)

  • Sending an electronic sign-off sheet each day/week and holding a management update meeting monthly/quarterly

  • To work closely with our partners to continuously improve our service

  • Using state of the art auditing software to assign a unique number to follow the job right the way through to a purchase order number linked invoice

  • To develop and invest in a long-term relationship with our clients, their staff and the workforce establishing a positive affiliation of mutual trust and understanding.

Last but Not Least Health & Safety

New Build Maintenance believes that Health and Safety is of paramount importance no matter how large or small the job.  We continuously review our policies and strive to achieve the highest possible standards.

How we do it:

  • Our operatives’ begin by selecting their name and date by tapping the blue boxes before answering each question by tapping which tick boxes apply.

  • Once any risks have been identified the operatives then detail any key hazards and measures taken.

  • Once the ePOW is completed the operative is required to print, sign and date the assessment before commencing any work.
