New Build Maintenance Ltd was established in 2006 by Directors Rob Laurance and Annette French. With a vision to deliver a quality building and maintenance company to work with and alongside the new build housing sector, the company has seen continual growth, expanding to now also working with housing associations, property management companies and retail and leisure businesses.

Director
With a history of reaching high management levels with a leading commodity oil producer, Annette also has an excellent understanding of IT and relevant software. She diversified into the building industry in 2006 and is an experienced, qualified and professional operator with expertise in building maintenance and customer relations. Annette heads up our administration team ensuring modern and cost-effective practices are adhered to delivering the very best for our clients at all times

Coming from a practical background Robert was an award-winning apprentice with the Plaster Decoration Company in South London. Having worked in the building industry for many years he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. His hands-on friendly approach has helped deliver excellent and long-term working relationships with our customers. He is pragmatic and diligent. He ensures all our operatives achieve and maintain the high standards expected from the company

Operations Manager
Highly driven efficient and hardworking, Mark came to the company in 2019. Mark oversees the daily running of the company both on a practical and administrative front. He has pioneered new initiatives and working practices that have helped streamline the business
